How quickly can a technician get to me?

No. Estimates are free and done on site. You get a written, fixed price before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Every repair includes parts and labor coverage that the technician explains before leaving, and new openers and doors also carry the manufacturer's warranty. If something we fixed isn't right, we come back at no charge.
What garage door and opener brands do you work on?
All major residential brands. We install and repair LiftMaster and Chamberlain openers (including myQ smart and wall-mount models), service Genie, Linear and other openers, and install Clopay and C.H.I. garage doors.
Is it safe to use my garage door if a spring or cable is broken?
No. A broken spring or cable means the door's weight is no longer balanced, so it can drop or come off its tracks, and running the opener can damage it. Keep people and cars clear, don't force the door, and call for service.
